Bethel University

Bethel University is a leader in Christian higher education with approximately 6,400 students from 25 countries enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, seminary, and adult education programs. The Bethel University archive collection includes photographs and documents related to the history of this St. Paul, Minnesota, institution from its beginnings as a seminary in 1871, to Bethel Academy in 1905, and then the combined institution of Bethel Academy and Theological Seminary in 1914. The photographs in Minnesota Reflections show student and faculty life and buildings on both the early campus, across from the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and the current Arden Hills campus in the mid 1960s to early 1980s.
